Absolutely amazing vets they gave me an appointment today when I needed for my dogs ear the lady couldn’t be more helpful you don’t get it in many vets that take you in straight away I couldn’t be more appreciated

Rudest receptionist I have ever spoken to. Didn’t make the appointment as if this is how you’re treated just trying to make an appointment, it doesn’t bode well.

I never forget the way I was treated. My beautiful lovely dog 🐕 elvis passed away. I brought my beautiful dog elvis he was very sick and week 😢 💙 💔. They had no sympathy for me loosing 💔 😢 my beautiful dog elvis broke my Hart. I would not advise anyone to take there pets to them. I'm still very up set.

Our cat becomes extremely distressed at vet visits, and afterwards following previous practices using crush cages etc. Vanessa has been absolutely fantastic with our little fella, she managed to get his vaccine done this week without sedation, gabapentin seemed to work, he has been in much better form compared to previous appointments with other vets. I am regretting not bringing him to Ark Vets sooner. Thanks Vanessa for your professionalism and being so kind and understanding to our much loved Alfie. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful veterinary hospital with great staff here in Kerry.

I boarded My cat their for a few nights I wasn't overly happy with the place as compared to other catteries it's nothing like them. All it is, is a room with a few cages your cat is put into and whilst their fed and watered that's it no play area, no freedom to roam just stuck in a cage. I wasn't completely happy leaving My cat but unfortunately at the time I had no other options. I also found one member of staff quiet rude she told me My cat was been fussy when I asked had he eaten ok for them. I know my cat and he isn't fussy I felt it wasn't her place to make that assumption she knows nothing about my cat and how he is. All other staff were lovely but I personally wouldn't use them again.
